1.                  The Website is a not-for-profit, amateur sports website affiliated with and governed by the rules, regulations and guidelines of Westman High School Rugby, Rugby Manitoba and Rugby Canada.  As such, we retain personal contact information on individuals for the purposes of contacting them concerning Westman High School Rugby activities.  Such information is maintained in our records even though a membership to any appropriate organization lapses. This information may be deleted upon the request of the individual or organization to which said information belongs.

2.                  The website will not release contact information to any non-affiliated third party without the express, written consent of the individual or organization to which said information belongs.

3.                  The Website does not sell nor provide personal information of individuals with whom it has contact to any other party engaged in advertising or fundraising or any other activity.

4.                 Unless otherwise indicated, the content and/or other information presented on the web site is in the public domain, that is to say, there is no applicable copyright. Should any individual, group or organization wish to have any images or other content removed from the web site with cause, a request by e-mail should include your name, phone number and e-mail address so that your request can be confirmed. Please indicate where the content may be found on the web site.
