Westman High School Rugby expanded to six schools for 2008. Swan River (Swan Valley) with both Boys and Girls teams joined Dauphin with a new girls team and Crocus Plains with a new boys teams to complement the Souris Sabres, Minnedosa Chancellors, Vincent Massey Vikings and Crocus Plainsmen (girls) made for an exciting rugby season.
